Waht are the specific laws regarding found treasure on one’s private property?

It is three sided with the top part rounded and strirated where it looks like something was wrapped around it. Maybe made of jasper. I can not find any pictures that remotely resemble it. is threre a website with someone knowledgeable to help me. Read more »
